Ukraine and Poland will set up a joint venture to manufacture weapons.

Ukraine and Poland signed a memorandum on establishing a Polish-Ukrainian commission that will prepare recommendations on the format of establishing a joint venture to manufacture weapons and military equipment, announced the Government of Ukraine. Thus, following the results of intergovernmental consultations by Prime Minister Denis Shmygal and Chairman of the Polish Council of Ministers Mateusz Morawiecki, the parties signed several bilateral documents. In addition, the parties signed a declaration between the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy of Poland and the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine to cooperate in the development of Ukrainian communities as part of the post-war reconstruction plan.
