Two industrial parks will attract more than ₴2.3B in investment, and a Finnish company will launch building materials production.
Ukraine has registered two new industrial parks, creating 1,350 jobs: Sokyryany Industry HAB in Western Ukraine and KIT in Bucha (Kyiv Oblast). KIT will attract ₴1.75B in investment and specialize in the processing industry – it will produce plastic construction products, metal doors, windows, etc. Construction materials, metal construction structures and products, electrical equipment, and other technical products will also be produced in the Sokyryany Industry HAB park. Total investment in the park may amount to ₴620M by 2026, with the investors including companies from the UAE and Germany. In addition, Peikko Group Corporation from Finland has signed an agreement with Bila Tserkva Industrial Park to construct a 2,400-square-meter plant to produce concrete joints and composite structures, scheduled to be operational at the end of the first quarter of 2025. It is assumed that the enterprise will produce products for the Ukrainian market.
