Trump is preparing “meetings and talks” with Russia, Ukraine, and its allies to bring about the war’s end.

President Zelenskyy confirmed that Donald Trump and his administration have already scheduled meetings and negotiations with Ukraine, Russia, and other parties concerning the conflict.

“We are preparing important discussions with the Europeans and, of course, with the US team. We all need meetings, we all need a common perspective, we all need strong decisions for a reliable peace,” Zelenskyy emphasized.

According to Reuters, the Russians are considering Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates as potential venues for a summit between President Trump and Kremlin leader Putin. High-ranking Russian officials have visited these two countries in recent weeks.

Additionally, support for Ukraine was a key topic of discussion during a meeting between British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. Starmer highlighted the importance of strengthening Ukraine’s position to achieve peace through strength. However, according to the Spanish Foreign Minister, there are currently no signs of an end to the war in Ukraine, as Russia is unwilling to pursue peace.
