The Victory Plan will be expanded: Internal steps will be presented to Ukrainians by the end of the year.
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, is working on expanding the Victory Plan, the first part of which concerns the assistance of Western partners and on Ukraine joining NATO. The next part will involve the development of internal solutions in many areas, such as the military-industrial complex, defense, economy, social policy, and other areas that will help Ukraine survive the war with Russia. This part of the plan will provide steps that Ukraine itself must take.
“The President has already given instructions to develop this plan and present it to Ukrainians by the end of the year,” the president’s office clarified.
“The goal is to do everything possible to preserve unity and achieve results in various areas of the country’s development,” added a BBC correspondent.
As a reminder, President Zelenskyy presented his Victory Plan to the US in September, detailing the steps that Ukraine proposes its Western partners take in order to win the war against Russia. Later, the document was presented to EU leaders and the Ukrainian Parliament.
