The value of auctioned land in Prozorro reaches UAH 1.3B.

As of February 22, 4,560 auctions for land lease and sale have been announced in the Prozorro.Sales system with a total value of UAH 1.3B ($45M). It is noted that 3,044 lease auctions have been announced in the system, the total area of plots is 22.5 thousand hectares, with a value of UAH 100M ($3.5M). Also, 1,516 auctions of land sales have been announced, with a total area of 2,200 hectares and a value of UAH 1.2B ($42.8M). According to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, the average price increase at the auction is almost 200%, but this figure reaches 370% for agricultural land.
