The US, Ukraine, and Russia will hold parallel talks in Riyadh on March 24.

Russia aims to revive the Black Sea Grain Initiative. The next round of talks between the US and Russia regarding a ceasefire and ending the war in Ukraine will not involve senior US officials. The meetings will take place at a technical level with the participation of experts, according to US State Department spokeswoman Tammy Bruce.
Meanwhile, Advisor to the Head of the Presidential Office Mykhailo Podolyak noted that Ukrainian leadership does not plan to participate in the discussions between the US and Russia in Saudi Arabia. However, President Zelenskyy announced that US officials will meet separately with both the Ukrainian and Russian delegations in Saudi Arabia on March 24.
“There will be technical teams. There will be a meeting between Ukraine and the US, and then the US and Russia. Alternatively, there may be parallel meetings,” the president added.
The Russian delegation will be led by Senator Grigory Karasin and Advisor to the Director of the FSB Sergei Beseda. Putin’s aide Yuri Ushakov stated that the talks will, among other topics, address the possible resumption of the “Black Sea Initiative.”
