The US firm, Virtuozzo, has purchased the Ukrainian developer of cloud services Jelastic.

Virtuozzo is a company that specializes in virtualization software has bought the Ukrainian IT developer of cloud services Jelastic. The transaction was announced by the CEO of Jelastic, Ruslan Sinitsky, on his Facebook page. The deal will unite businesses and teams to develop packages of IaaS, PaaS, CaaS, and XaaS products for cloud service providers, hosting providers, network management service providers and their small and medium business clients.
