The US and Britain pledge their support to prevent Putin from winning the war in Ukraine.
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and US President Joseph Biden confirmed that they will continue providing Ukraine with all possible support to prevent the victory of aggressors such as Putin.
At the final press conference after the NATO summit in Washington, US President Joe Biden confirmed his intentions to continue the United States’ policy of global leadership in supporting Ukraine and strengthening NATO, stressing that this is a matter of US national security.
“I will not walk away from Ukraine. I will keep NATO strong,” Biden emphasized.
The American leader also noted that he is not ready to talk with Russian dictator Putin until he changes his behavior.
“I have no good reason to talk to Putin right now, unless he is prepared to accommodate any change in his behavior”.
According to him, the idea that Russia will fundamentally change soon is unrealistic. The US president added that the Russian Federation, if victorious, will not stop at Ukraine.
