The Ukrainian Institute will design coke batteries for a German company.

The Ministry of Economics has approved the State Institute for the Design of Coke Chemicals to fulfill a significant economic commitment, and the institute will sign a €2M contract to develop project documentation for the construction of two coke batteries in Germany. The order for the “Construction of two coke batteries with coking of a compacted coal charge 7.25 m high and 1.6 MTPA” was received from HuDe GmbH. HuDe GmbH is a German manufacturer of coke oven equipment, cranes, special railway cars, and technological systems.
