The Ukrainian government presents a guide for investors in Ukraine.
To create new opportunities for investors, the involvement of which will accelerate the country’s reconstruction and the recovery of key economic sectors, Ukrainian authorities agreed on investment guarantees from both the G7 and the EU. To do this, they are also reforming the tax system and creating a legal framework for safe and transparent business conduct.
In addition, investors will receive a structured financing package, including war risk insurance from MIGA and the DFC covering up to 90% of potential losses, and direct long-term and affordable lending from international financial organizations such as the IFC, EBRD, or EIB, supported by soft capital. Also, the Export Credit Agency will cover the credit risk (for example, the UK Export Finance credit program).
