The Ukrainian Dnipro-M chain is entering the EU market.
The first foreign country the power tool retail chain has entered is Poland, announced the company’s website. The two-story store is located in Wroclaw, which has a large Ukrainian community.
The company plans to open 120 locations in various EU countries and launch an online store by the end of 2023. By the end of the current quarter, the stores should appear in Warsaw (Poland), Vilnius (Lithuania), Prague (Czech Republic), and Brno (Slovakia).
Dnipro-M is the largest single-brand chain of power tools and garden machinery in Eastern Europe. It has more than 470 stores in 220 cities and serves over two million customers.
Since 2018, Dnipro-M has exported tools to Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Armenia, Georgia, and Moldova. In 2023, the company placed a logistics center in Poland to service EU locations launched under their franchise model.
