The State Bank of Ukraine will provide exporters with loans of up to ₴10M covered by ECA insurance.
PrivatBank and the Ukrainian Export Credit Agency (ECA) will finance exporting producers to purchase raw materials and equipment. The ECA will insure the bank’s risk for loans granted to fund the production of export goods under foreign economic contracts.
The maximum amount of each loan is ₴10M, and the credit term is up to one year. If the amount of financing does not exceed ₴5M, the owner acts as surety for the loan, but for loans over ₴5M, property rights may also be used as loan collateral under the export contract.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, KredoBank has issued ₴20.3B in loans to Ukrainian companies. Almost 25% of these funds were provided within the international risk-sharing program framework. 40% of of loans provided within the international programs of the EBRD and the EC fell in the agricultural sector, and the rest in trade, the construction industry, and the extractive industry.
