The state approves projects worth ₴4.5B in energy, infrastructure, and housing construction.


Under the third stage of the Ukraine Recovery Program, a total of 130 projects valued at ₴4.5B have received approval, according to the Ministry of Development and Infrastructure. These projects include:
- Energy sustainability for communities – 36 projects worth ₴1.1B
- Modernization of water supply and wastewater infrastructure – 68 projects valued at ₴2B
- Reconstruction of medical institutions – 21 projects worth ₴1.1B
- Construction of housing for internally displaced persons – five projects valued at ₴300M
The implementation period for these projects is 18 months, and facilities related to community energy sustainability must be completed by the start of the heating season in October.
Concurrently, work has commenced in Rivne on the thermal modernization of two lyceums. This project is being implemented with financial support from the EIB.
Additionally, Lithuania is allocating over €4.6M for Lithuanian companies to install solar power plants with energy storage in medical institutions throughout Ukraine to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions, stimulate the development of innovative renewable technologies, and enhance Ukraine’s energy security.
