The Russians attacked the Danube port of Reni on Monday night.
The port of Reni was damaged as a result of another Russian attack on Odesa’s infrastructure during the night of July 24, said Reni regional official Ihor Plekhov.
According to him, about 15 Shaheed strike drones were detected in the port area, and residents of Reni and surrounding villages heard a series of explosions. As a result of the Russian attack three grain warehouses were destroyed. The blast wave damaged the windows of buildings and structures at the enterprise.
The Southern Air Command also reported that the enemy attack on the night of July 24 was aimed at the port infrastructure on the Danube.
Romanian mass media reported that an explosion occurred in the port of Reni due to shelling in the Odesa region, located on the Danube’s left bank, 200 meters from the border with Romania.
