The Russian army is increasing its offensive potential in Ukraine.

There is no slowing down in the fighting taking place in the Chasiv Yar area of the Donetsk region, but instead the enemy is working  on increasing its military offensive potential, the 24th separate mechanized brigade reported. In addition, the Russian army is accumulating forces near the border with Ukraine in the Kharkiv direction and plans to increase pressure there. To accomplish this, the enemy is accumulating reserves in the area of the city of Vovchansk and the settlement of Dvorichna. On May 20, the Russian army launched a missile strike on the firing range of a Ukrainian military unit in the Sumy region. As a result, six defenders were killed and more than 10 were injured. In turn, on the night of May 21 Ukraine struck the Bolkhiv semiconductor device plant in the Oryol region of the Russian Federation. The plant supplies products to at least 19 enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex related to the production of Sukhoi aircraft and Iskander and Kinzhal missiles. It produces about three million devices annually and employs about 700 people.
