reported Interfax. A class office space can be leased for $23-28 sqm per month, and B class space for $13-23 sqm. Since the beginning of 2021, the rental rate for prime properties has remained stable at $25 sqm, as the demand for new high-quality rental space remains high. The average vacancy rate in the office market has slightly increased since the beginning of the year and is 14.4% (up by 0.4 %).
