The Prime Minister of Poland initiates a plan to restore Ukraine for €100B.

Systematic support for Ukraine with a €100B recovery plan, stricter sanctions against Russia, and general energy independence are the main tenets presented by Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at a meeting with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen. In addition to the EU-funded €100B reconstruction plan, he offered support for Ukraine’s rapid accession to the European Union and joint investment in and a contribution to energy security, designed to establish independence from Russia’s aggressive, imperial oil, gas, and other hydrocarbon policies.
