The port of Kherson is preparing for a concession.

The Ministry of Infrastructure plans to complete the process of transferring the property complex of the Kherson Sea trade port to the concessionaire by the end of this year. Now, for the concession to occur, the problematic issues are resolved together with other authorities by adopting bylaws, said Deputy Minister Yuri Vaskov speaking to Interfax.
