The popularity of turnkey apartments in Ukraine is growing in the primary housing market.
According to the developers, the share of apartments that are ready to be lived in the primary real estate market now reaches 50%. Before the war, this indicator was at the 30% level. Anna Laevska, commercial director at Intergal-Bud, explained that one of the reasons for this trend is that it is cheaper than decorating an apartment yourself. Secondly, it is much faster. Today, design renovation costs $300 per square meter, which is $100 lower than before the full-scale war. Furnished renovation from the developer will cost $600 per square meter. m.
According to the DIM group of companies, the share of ready-made renovated apartments in the structure of demand in the primary market is 45%.
At the same time, ready-renovated apartments are not in demand in business-class housing projects and are more relevant in comfort- and economy-class projects, according to the City One Development company. And this is no more than 5% of the total demand.
