The new phase of Ocean Mall is being prepared for commissioning in early 2022.

The opening scheduled to be in the second quarter of 2022, announced the developer, the Director of the Mandarin Plaza group, Oleksandr Chernytsky, (Interfax). The new phase of Ocean Mall has the theme of a retail resort with a total area is 300,000 sqm, of which 110,000 sqm is leasable space, and parking for an additional 4,000 cars.
