The Netherlands will help Ukraine guarantee the security of the Black Sea export corridor and to survive the winter.

In particular, the Netherlands will help Ukraine to acquire patrol ships to ensure the security of the grain corridor.

In addition, Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced a new decision by the Netherlands to strengthen Ukrainian air defenses. The country will also provide additional missiles for the Patriot system.

As Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte specified, the Netherlands has already provided €2B to support Ukraine. Within the framework of the new €100M aid package, the Netherlands will provide an additional humanitarian package to help the Ukrainian people survive the winter, purchase necessary fuel, and help the de-occupied territories.

Also, €60M will support Dutch companies that want to participate in Ukraine’s reconstruction. The Netherlands will also provide technical assistance to Ukraine in carrying out reforms.
