Despite the delay in aid from the EU and the US, other partners will continue to support Ukraine’s military potential. Here are the latest commitments:
- The Netherlands provides €122M. €87M will be allocated to purchase artillery shells, €25M for the International Fund for Ukraine (IFU) to buy weapons, and €10M for cyber defense.
- Belgium and Ukraine concluded a memorandum on joint production of several types of weapons, organization of repairs, and training of specialists and technical personnel.
- Germany calls on other countries to provide additional military support to Ukraine. After all, this year, the Bundestag has provided €7.4B, more than half of what was supplied by the rest of the EU states combined.
- The Secretary General of NATO made a similar appeal to the US Congress and the US Secretary of State that the cessation of the supply of American weapons to Ukraine has already affected events on the battlefield.
- In return, Hungary confirmed that it will not supply Ukraine with weapons.
- Luxembourg will lead the IT coalition and join the aviation coalition.
