The Ministry of Economy has announced the figures of the new trade deal with the EU.

Ukraine has agreed with the EU to renew its free trade agreement, which allows the trade volumes achieved during the period of autonomous trade preferences to be maintained. The parties agreed to increase the export quotas certain Ukrainian goods compared to 2021’s levels, specifically:
- Honey – up 583.3%
- Sugar and processed starch – up 500%
- Milk powder – up 308%
- Eggs – up 300%
- Butter – up 233.3%
- Oats – up 192.5%
- Corn – up 153%
- Milk, cream, condensed milk, and garlic – up 150%
- Apple juice – up 150%
- Poultry meat – up 133.3%
- Wheat – up 130%
- Ethanol – up 125%
- Barley – up 122.2%
Regarding actual trade volumes, 21 out of 34 quotas exceed the maximum allowed during the preference period. Only three goods have volumes smaller than their quota. The next review of trade terms with the EU is scheduled for 2028.
