The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in the first reading the bill №5719, which obliges manufacturers and importers of tobacco products to pay a 5 % retail excise tax on tobacco products, tobacco, industrial tobacco substitutes and liquids for e-cigarettes as a substitute for trade it works now, Interfax reports.
