The Kovel Educational Colony will be privatized on January 27.

The Kovel Educational Colony was put up for auction, which will take place on January 27. The colony lot consists of 33 real estate objects exhibited for privatization, located on a land plot of 4.86 hectares in the center of Kovel, near the lake. The starting price of the property is UAH 41,624,692. ($1.49M), reported Ukrinform.
