The head of the European Council, Charles Michel, said, “We cannot stretch the olive branch indefinitely when Russia conducts missile tests and continues to gather troops.” Moreover, if further aggression is exercised against Ukraine, the EU and its partners will respond with massive sanctions. They will be very difficult for Russia, but, admittedly, also for Europeans, said the head of the EU Council. “The more Russia tries to weaken the West, the greater the European support for Ukraine, here the Kremlin miscalculated,” Michel said.
