The EU removed Ukraine from the green travel list as of November 9, 2021.

This leaves the recommendation not to travel for tourism and only necessary reasons which include only work or study. However, some of the countries left their borders open for tourists from Ukraine. Fully vaccinated Ukrainian tourists are welcome in France, Spain, Denmark, Austria, Slovakia, Nederland’s, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Estonia, Croatia, and Belgium.
