According to Ukraine cyber-police, the Security Service, and the State Special Communications Service, the cyberattack was not aimed at encrypting data for resale but at destroying that data. Therefore, we can say without a doubt that this cyber-attack was carried out by the special cyber forces of the Russian Federation, said Monastyrsky.
