The cost of construction in Ukraine has increased by 20% over the year.

This will increase prices in 2024, Greenville Kyiv top manager Susanna Karakhanyan said. However, according to her, the growth will be small because developers are trying to maintain demand.

So, for example, the cost of a square meter in a finished building in the Greenville residential complex, located in the center of Kyiv, is on average $2,400, and the price in a building under construction is $2,000. In Greenville Park, the average price per square meter in the construction stage is $1,900.

Karakhanyan added that this year the market adapted to martial law conditions. Demand increased significantly in the second half of the year: people began to return to Ukraine. At the same time, market conditions are currently dictated by the buyer, and buyers are looking for the most favorable conditions. Given the risks, priority is given to apartments in buildings that are in the final stages of construction.
