The co-owner of a Ukrainian supermarket chain enters the real estate development business.

BGV Group Management, an investment company and co-owner of one of the largest retail chains in Ukraine, ATB, has partnered with SAGA Development, a Ukrainian developer with a two million square meter real estate portfolio.

The cooperation started with the Boston Creative House project in the Obolon district of Kyiv. It envisages the construction of two 25-story buildings with 682 apartments. Apartment prices will start at ₴2M ($48,210). Commissioning is planned for the fourth quarter of 2025. SAGA started project construction in 2020 and planned to complete it in 2023 but ran into some financial difficulties due to the war.

Currently, the partners are also considering the joint development of other projects. This partnership will allow BGV to strengthen its development direction and develop infrastructure and residential facilities. SAGA emphasized that combining competencies and resources is essential for the sustainable development of Ukrainian cities.

In addition, BGV invests in mining, processing, energy efficiency, retail, and other development projects.
