The Cabinet of Ministers is preparing to allow the export of defense products in May: What are the scenarios that are being envisioned for manufacturers?

The Ukrainian government may permit the export of defense products as early as May, and work on this has been ongoing for several months. Government sources say that the president has already approved the opening of exports, and responsible parties are developing a procedure for full-scale commercial sales abroad.
There are currently three scenarios for the export of defense products:
The first option involves point-by-point coordination of each contract. Since the export of military technologies in Ukraine is not currently legally prohibited, manufacturers could potentially submit their proposals earlier but receive a negative response, as export permits have not been issued by the government previously.
In the second scenario, manufacturers may be permitted to export 50% of the volume of Ukrainian contracts, with part of the export revenue to be transferred by businesses to purchase weapons for the Ukrainian military.
The third option is to create a separate fund, where an additional 20% duty on the export of defense-industrial products will be allocated. The money will be used to purchase weapons for the military.
