The automated land valuation service has been launched.

 The State Property Fund (SPF) of Ukraine, in cooperation with the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and the State Geocadastre, has finalized the functionality of the automatic appraisal service. The automated evaluation service is a convenient tool that can significantly simplify and reduce the parties’ cost of concluding an agreement. However, the insufficient number of transactions for comparison and incorrect transaction information entry into the database for some transactions has caused innaccurate calculation of estimated values. According to the Deputy Head of the SPF, Yulia Belova, the automatic appraisal service is constantly filled with new data from actual transactions in the market and is being improved by the Fund’s specialists to create an effective and free tool for determining a more precise value of real estate.
