Starting Monday, elements of the U.S. Sixth Fleet, based in Naples, Italy will co-lead the annual Sea Breeze naval exercise in the Black Sea . In the largest Sea Breeze ever, 32 nations will participate, sending 32 ships, 40 aircraft and 5,000 troops.
