Since the war, the value of the real estate has increased by 11%.

 In July, the price per square meter on the secondary market grew by 8%, and on the primary market by 11%. In January, the average price on the secondary market in Ukraine was UAH 17,643/ m², in July, it was UAH 19,070/ m². The average price per square meter in a new building is UAH 25,464/m², which is UAH 2,500 more than before the war, according to OLX Real Estate. On the primary market, the cheapest real estate is in Sumy Oblast, UAH 13,002/ m², Dnipro Oblast (UAH 16,358/ m² and Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast (UAH 16,411/m²). The most expensive prices are in Kyiv, UAH 34,740 sq/m²), Lviv UAH 27,463/ m² and Vinnytsia, UAH 24,753/ m².
