Since the war began, Ukraine’s land market has concluded over 21,000 agreements.

From the beginning of the war to the beginning of October in Ukraine, 21,192 property contracts were completed, covering an area of 37,463 hectares. According to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, the regions most active in the land market were: Khmelnytskyi with 4,200 hectares, Vinnytsia with 4,200 hectares, and the Poltava region with 4,200 hectares. Over the past week, 1,397 transactions have been concluded, covering an area of 2,618 hectares. The average price of a hectare of land in Ukraine is over UAH 37,208 ($1,020). This indicator was obtained based on 101,548 land sale agreements covering an area of 236,086 hectares. Market capitalization as of September is 61.8 million hectares.
