Shopping malls from Rivne to Kharkiv are being renovated and attracting new tenants.
In Rivne, the Pokrovsky shopping center has been put into operation after closing for renovation in 2022. Among the anchors, a Thrash! supermarket, with an area of about 420 square meters, and an E-ZOO pet store have already opened their doors for business. On December 21, the Polish fashion brand Sinsay will open its doors, and in January 2025, Equadorcoffee and Pharmacy 9·1·1 will begin operating.
Also, a leading Ukrainian developer, Budhouse Group, has announced significant changes in the tenant mix at two of its shopping malls during the winter.
Kharkiv’s fifth restaurant from the international KFC chain will open in the Nikolsky shopping mall at the end of December.
Meanwhile, a store from the Ukrainian cosmetics brand Mr. Scrubber has already opened in the Cherkasy LUBAVA shopping mall. By the end of the month, a store from the Polish brand HOUSE should also open its doors. At that point the shopping center will be represented by all of the Polish fashion giant LPP’s brands that are available in Ukraine. Moreover, on January 17 2025 the opening of the first store from the Ukrainian women’s clothing brand Stimma in Cherkasy is also planned.
