Several shopping malls are set to open in Lviv within two years.

These include compact malls in residential areas and multifunctional complexes featuring cinemas, swimming pools, and recreational spaces.

For instance, the Galas shopping mall, with an area of over 13,000 square meters, will launch in the third quarter of 2025.

Simultaneously, the Washington City multifunctional complex will incorporate residential buildings, a business center, public spaces, and a shopping center. The leasable area of the shopping center will be 18,300 square meters.

Another project is the Cinematic shopping mall, which is being developed as part of a residential complex and will have a total area of 6,805 square meters.

Additionally, a new Road Park shopping center is scheduled to open on the Lviv ring road, near the village of Vynnyky, in 2026 with an area reaching 9,960 square meters. This project is aimed at motorists and residents of suburban communities.

However, the largest among the new developments is the Kvartal City shopping and entertainment center, which will cover almost 50,000 square meters. The facility is set to launch in the first quarter of 2026.
