Salaries of Ukrainian IT specialists increased by one third.

The median salary of IT professionals rose to $3,300 (after tax) per month as of December 2021 against $2,500 in December 2020 (up 32%), reported dev.ua. In particular, the salary of a system architect rose to $6,200, team leader and tech leader to $5,000, senior developer to $4,500, middle developer to $2,500, and junior developer to $900. The geography of IT specialists is still unchanged, where 42% of developers live in Kyiv, 14% in Lviv, and 13% in Kharkiv. The share of women among developers is still low – only 7%
