Russia struck Ukraine with a Rubizh intercontinental ballistic missile.
On November 21, Russia hit Ukraine with various types of missiles, including an intercontinental ballistic missile, a Kh-47M2 Kinjal air-launched ballistic missile, and seven Kh-101 cruise missiles. In an attack on Dnipro, a rehabilitation center for people with disabilities, private homes, and an industrial enterprise were damaged. In Kryvyi Rih, an enemy missile hit an administrative center, damaging ten residential buildings and injuring 26 people.
The Ukrainian Air Force confirmed that yesterday Russia struck Dnipro with an RS-26 Rubizh medium-range intercontinental ballistic missile capable of carrying a nuclear warhead. The EU called such an attack a drastic escalation and stated that Putin does not plan to negotiate peace but continues to increase tensions using nuclear rhetoric.
In return, explosions were reported in the Rostov region at night, and Russian air defense is said to have operated in the region. According to various experts, due to increased production and a recent reduction in attacks, Russia was able to accumulate more than 1,500 missiles.
