At the conference, the China-Ukraine Bilateral Entrepreneurs Council announced the establishment of a liaison office in Harbin, capital of northeast China’s Heilongjiang province. Harbin mayor Sun Zhe said his city has worked well with Ukraine in such fields as aerospace, new materials and modern agriculture.
