President Zelenskyy issued a few strong statements while in Munich.

Zelenskyy spoke at the Munich Security Conference, and these are the main takeaways:
On a peace agreement: For any peace agreement to end the war it must be supported by both Ukraine and the US. Europe’s voice in the negotiations is also essential – and it is important that Europe has a place at the table, not “somewhere behind the scenes.” In addition, Ukraine will not agree to any peace agreement concluded without its participation and will never recognize the occupied territories as Russian.
On a meeting with Putin: “I am ready to meet with one Russian – Putin. But only after a plan is developed with US President Donald Trump that will bring an end to the war.”
On the summit in Kyiv: Zelenskyy invited Western leaders to gather on February 24, the third anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion, in Kyiv and online to discuss the next steps regarding security guarantees and future collective policy. “I do not believe in security guarantees without America, they will be weak. But America will not give guarantees if Europe’s guarantees are not strong,” Zelensky said.
On NATO membership. The President stressed that he would not exclude Ukraine’s membership in NATO from the agenda.
