President Hotel privatization has a starting price of UAH 390M.

The President Hotel privatization adviser estimated the starting price of the asset at almost UAH 390M ($14M). The valuation was carried out taking into account the independent valuation of the asset, as well as a legal, tax, and financial analysis; this includes a study of the technical condition of the hotel, said Concorde Capital experts. It is expected that during the auction, the price of the asset may increase significantly due to competition among bidders.
