Poland has a ‘green light’ to send fighter jets to Ukraine, but suddenly changed its mind.

NATO members, namely the Republic of Poland, have the ‘green light’ to send fighter jets to Ukraine, while the United States and other allies are increasing their support for Ukraine’s defense. The relevant statement was made by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken in an interview with CBS News. Currently, the United States is talking with Poland about backfilling its needs if Poland chooses to provide fighter jets to the Ukrainians. A few hours later, Poland decided not to send any fighter jets to Ukraine and refused to provide airports for this mission.
