The company reported that the SumyKhimProm plant is resuming work after a year of forced downtime. A year ago in March, the Russians shelled the factory with artillery, resulting in an ammonia leak. However, since the Sumy region has been liberated from Russian occupiers, the plant is ready to restart its entire technological cycle. The head of SumyKhimProm said that the enterprise’s basic operations will be launched in two months. Starting in April, the plant plans to produce 20,000 to 25,000 tons of fertilizer per month. Then, in stages, the plant will increase production to 35,000 tons per month. It is also planned to produce about 1,800 tons of titanium dioxide and 35,000 to 40,000 tons of sulfuric acid per month.
