One of the largest shopping centers in Dnipro was put up for auction for ₴430M.
State-owned PrivatBank will auction the Pryozernyy Shopping Center – one of the largest in Dnipro, the bank said in a statement. The starting price of the lot is more than ₴430M ($10.5M), including VAT. The sale takes place within the framework of the bank’s program for selling non-operating real estate. The date for electronic bidding is August 28, 2024, and the guaranteed fee for participation is 5% of the lot price.
The lot includes a shopping center with a total area of 32,408 square meters and 12 land plots. In addition to the price of the lot, the winning bidder is obliged to purchase fixed assets for ₴2.2M, including VAT.
Built in 2009, Pryozernyy is the third-largest shopping center in Dnipro and has six above-ground floors and an underground floor with a parking lot and shelter for visitors. Also, the shopping center is currently the only one in the city with shopping areas, office and warehouse spaces, an entertainment and sports area with swimming pools, and a spa area.
