OKKO is expanding its agribusiness by acquiring another company and building a bioethanol plant.

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has approved VI.AN Holding Limited (Cyprus), owned by Vitaliy Antonov (founder of OKKO Group), to take control of Kairos-Holding. OKKO Group stated that this acquisition is a logical step in its agricultural growth strategy, particularly in expanding its land holdings. Interest in the Ternopil and Rivne regions, where Kairos-Holding owns land, is driven by favorable natural and climatic conditions and higher yield rates compared to other areas in Ukraine.

OKKO is also finishing the construction of a 60,000-ton storage elevator, and a bioethanol plant with an 85,000-ton annual capacity is under development, expected to begin operations in the second half of 2026. Additionally, a key part of OKKO’s agricultural portfolio is its partnership with Gadz-Agro (Ternopil region), with whom the company is developing agricultural production.

Kairos-Holding specializes in growing grain, legumes, and oilseeds; organizing construction projects; brokering a variety of goods; and wholesale trade in solid, liquid, and gaseous fuels.
