New tax law regime adopted for IT companies.

Diya.City will come into force at the end of January 2022, said Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov. In 2022, IT companies will apply and pay taxes under the new tax system. Diya.city will allow IT companies to pay five times fewer taxes than the current taxes in Ukraine. In addition to taxes, the system also includes a legal procedure that will attract investment and solve the problems of IT companies. Special rates for employees of IT companies and gig specialists: personal income tax (PIT) – 5%, single social contribution – 22% of the minimum wage, military duty – 1.5%.
