New retail space: Construction of multifunctional shopping malls begins in Western Ukraine.

Construction of the Kvartal City shopping and entertainment center has begun in Lviv, with an opening planned for the fourth quarter of 2027. The shopping center will be located on the northwestern outskirts of Lviv, next to the M10 international highway connecting the city with the Polish border.
The total area of the three-floor complex will be almost 50,000 square meters, and the rental area will be 20,000 square meters with parking for 523 cars. The shopping center plans to open a supermarket, appliance and clothing stores, pharmacies, a post office, banks, catering establishments, a cinema, and children’s areas, among other services.
Kvartal City will house about 75 stores, as well as restaurants and food courts on more than 2,000 square meters. An anchor supermarket has already been identified, and negotiations with other large tenants are underway. In addition, in Mukachevo (Transcarpathia), the developer plans to build a new multifunctional complex with apartments, a swimming pool, shops, restaurants, and outdoor playgrounds.
The new shopping center will become part of the Residence City residential complex, which is being built by the Lviv company Intel Development Group.
