New procedure for declaring construction materials.

The government has approved the process and form for filling out the declaration of indicators of construction products, which will be required beginning January 1, 2023. According to the new law, the approval of the requirements for the competence of bodies to determine technical acceptability and the list of cases of significant performance characteristics, is optional. All manufacturers will comply with the relevant regulatory technical specifications. Additionally, all manufacturers will be required to declare the characteristics of their construction products, and declarations will be entered into the electronic system, reported mind.ua.
