The White House previously stated that about 3,000 soldiers are being trained in Russia.
Dutch Defense Minister Ruben Brekelmans admitted that it would be difficult for the West to develop measures against North Korea, which is already subject to almost all possible sanctions. At the same time, “the West cannot allow other countries to join Russia in the war,” he added.
